Just lost over an hour of my life waiting to be seen. They have no regard for appointments and people’s time. They make you wait an hour past your scheduled appointment to not even see the actual doctor and then put you in a room where they have you take your clothes off and then wait another 15-20 minutes naked in the cold. This is unacceptable. I sent my husband here as well who has had skin cancer and needed a new doctor. He was used to his former doctor’s attention and care and her meticulousness. He said he didn’t feel fully cared for by Dr Biro who he said looked at him very quickly. He also said that unlike his former dermatologists office, the doctor here will send you somewhere else to remove anything that might be troublesome that they want to have tested. There is literally no reason to go to this office.
