I REALLY wanted to give this place a good review but unfortunately EVERY SINGLE time I call to schedule something or get information on a procedure, the receptionist is horribly rude, vague, and unprofessional (Feb 2023). It feels so frustrating for me to deal with the front staff that I am looking for a new G.I. Clinic. Dr Kingsberry is wonderfully nice and professional, and I think he belongs in a professional friendly class of his own, but the whole office experience is a constant failure of an experience for me. (I used an alternate profile for my confidentiality)

Unresponsive, irresponsible and terrible bedside manners. Their pathologist is also always “away”, which delays care.
