Dr. Nancy Yang was absolutely amazing compassionate, friendly, and truly caring. The staff are always so sweet and kind, making every visit easy and smooth. The manager is also extremely on top of everything, which really shows in how well the office is run

Please do not come here. I do not write this review lightly, this is possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a doctors office. The first red flag is that they only take Zelle and cash. The doctor was fine- but it is clear they want to run your insurance up for every little thing. I came in for a sick visit, and was there for two hours in total. Two hours, and the prescription I was given wasn't even sent out. A total waste of money, time, and mental energy. When asked about my medical history, I was asked questions that had nothing to do with me being sick. When I tried to explain why I hadn't gotten a procedure I explained that I needed trauma informed care to do so. When asked about my disability I was probed, and was asked, "So no boyfriend then?". I told the assistant that my husband is different than a stranger. She then told me, "Well I am just trying to figure out how bad your cPTSD is." Im sorry- Are you a licensed doctor practicing in psychology? No. You are a doctors assistant, so please stay in your lane. I was then told to "Not worry because my abuse (which was over a decade) was over now" (wow I am cured!!!Thanks!!!) and that I would "Have lots and lots of children and bare many babies." At one point the doctor recommended an EKG because I was nervous after what all was said to me. You know what, fine, ok. Then he changed his mind, and said it was fine. Someone below him gave me the EKG anyways *without* his permission. All in all, they took my insurance, but didn't bill them. They billed me for $3,000. They also misspelled my name completely. There isn't an excuse for this, as my information was submitted via photo and is logged on zocdoc. I'm not paying that, and frankly you're lucky I didn't snitch to my insurance when I did the work of submitting the bill. This visit was so bad, that I had a mental break and it effected my job. It is not worth it, find any other place.
