The CityMD in Cutchogue NY was fantastic. The wait time was very short, the doctor was excellent and I was in and out within 30 minutes with a diagnosis and a prescription called in to my pharmacy. Front desk staff were polite and quick to check me in. Nurse was very comforting and professional. She confirmed everything in my chart was correct with no changes and was sympathetic to my symptoms. All in all it was a positive experience and I would highly recommend.

I was so impressed by this clinic! I made an online appointment for 9:15 am and when I called at 8 am Ryan answered immediately and was so helpful and friendly. Anastasia at the reception desk was warmly professional and welcoming. I only waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. I wish I could remember the nurse's name. She was a real sweetheart. I saw the PA, Naomi Morey. She got right to the point, listened to what I said, and answered my questions clearly, while explaining the medications, side effects, and so on. I have fibromyalgia and am used to being brushed off. That didn't happen here. It was a truly pleasant surprise.
