There’s never a time when you wait less than an hour just to be called to the room and another hour for the doctor to call the patient; it’s inefficient. I made an appointment 15 days ago, yet there’s no available appointment time. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if one still has to wait over two hours? The front desk staff are unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. The waiting room is uncomfortably hot due to the lack of fans or air conditioning during this hot weather.

I had a very concerning experience with Dr. Basith. The medication instructions provided were unclear and, in my opinion, incorrect. As someone working in a clinical setting, I understand how important accurate medication guidance is, and this situation felt unsafe. Medication errors or miscommunication can have serious consequences, so this was very disappointing. Patients rely on clear and precise instructions, and I did not feel confident in the guidance given.
