I visited Dr Oscar Castillo office at 2425 Eastchester Rd for a consultation on foot pain I was experiencing. Dr Castillo is so passionate about his job as a podiatrist. He spoke to me so calm, explain the procedure I am going to have and I was ready to do it . In two weeks had my procedure and no pain resting comfortably at home. Thanks to the team especially Michelle and Santi. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure I had my medication before the procedure they really exceeded my expectations.

This morning I called the office asking if Dr. Castillo takes Cigna, the receptionist informed that she wasn’t sure and I had to call my insurance. No problem, I called the insurance and I was told the doc was in network and I would have to pay $50 copay . I called back the office and I spoke to the same lady . She books my appointment for the same day. After I get there she tells me they would not take my insurance even though Cigna is in network. I wasted my day going there. Very disappointed.
