One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I came to this lab for my glucose test while pregnant and fasting. After waiting for staff to show up, I was treated with an incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. The employee refused to accept my prescription and told me I would need to go back to my doctor’s office, without mentioning that a simple fax from the office would solve the issue. After I contacted my doctor myself, the prescription was faxed within minutes. This entire situation was completely unnecessary and caused significant stress. As a pregnant patient who had been fasting and preparing for this test, I expected at least a basic level of compassion and professionalism. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and left the lab in tears. No patient should ever be made to feel this way. Management should seriously address how patients are being treated.
