Balance Choice Care

I recently visited BCC and had an amazing experience. I received a Hydrafacial, which left my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and glowing. I also got an IV drip and left feeling stronger and more energized than ever. The provider- Martha was amazing, and the front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. For all those contemplating, definitely go and try the spa out.

Julie, Ana and Desiree made my first visit to the GI so delightful! Everyone was super considérante and caring. Thank you!! Desiree is funny!! (This review is from 4.18) (MASSIVE EDIT from TELEHEALTH visit on 4.25): I scheduled this appointment through ZocDoc under a gastroenterology consultation. I have NEVER had an issue where the provider is not what they are said to be booking through ZocDoc. I had SEVERAL conversations with Desiree during my appointment about my primary care providers concerns and why I was referred to gastroenterology. We even discussed my GI REFERRAL. Lo and behold, as I am being walked through my lab results, I have to ask extremely specifically about whether this provider was in fact a Gastroenterologist. It was at THAT time that I am told, no she is not. This ultimately was a waste of my time. I have reported this issue and this practice to ZocDoc and am leaving this review here. Nice people, but something felt really shady about all of it. Massive lack of transparency.
