Bainbridge Eye Care

I've been coming here for years seeing Dr. Lascina. He is an excellent doctor who provides excellent support and services. My son hurt his eye a couple of days ago and Dr. Lascina was very kind and compassionate towards the issue. I went in for my yearly visit today for my driver's license and both the doctor and staff asked how my son was doing. I was surprised they even remembered from the other day since they have so many patients. It was another reminder to why I've been coming here for so long. Great, helpful and caring team. Thank you for your services.

Every time I make an appointment here, I regret it! Made an appointment this morning and they don’t honor the appointments! What is the point of scheduling patients if your provider is gonna come take the patient whenever they want? And then totally unprofessional fun staff you’re not even communicating with patients so let them know that your provider is behind. Maybe if you have one provider in the office, you don’t book 6 patients for the same appointment timeframe

Waited almost 3 weeks for my daughters glasses. I called almost everyday and was told the glasses hadn't arrived. Called today 2/17 for someone to tell me they've arrived on the 7th. Thank you to staff who said they checked and most likely didn't check anything but left the glasses there to collect dust for a child who needs to wear glasses all the time. If you need glasses ASAP, find another spot.

The service was really great. The Doctor was very friendly as well as the staff. And they're extremely patient and accommodating. I got contacts for the first time and they trained me on how to put them in and take them out. And Lina was the best helping me pick out frames. I will definitely be back again and again ☺️☺️☺️

I recently took my daughter to Bainbridge Eye Care and I am impressed by the cleanliness, the staff, and the professionalism! Especially Julie, Jackie, Jennifer and Jonathan!!! I left my wallet and they called me immediately to retrieve it!! I am so appreciative of them!! Dr. Hassan was amazing , attentive, took her time with my daughter to make sure she had the perfect script! Thank you so much , we can’t wait to come back and get our boujee glasses!! 🤓
