Absolutely do not place family members here. While there were some helpful staff members going above and beyond to accommodate for the abysmal conditions, there was also another who was visibly drunk and preferred to sit and chat about relationship drama than provide patients' with medication and assistance using the bathroom. There was no electricity on my family member's side of the room which was alarming considering she was meant to be hooked up to machines. On the other side of the room, the lights constantly flickered. She was refused guardrails despite being a 90+ year old fall-risk. And no one welcomed her or provided her any care within the first 3 hours of her arrival. There was trash all around the floor of the nursing station, diabetic patients were not given food or water in timely manners, I could go on. We had her transferred immediately. Both the medics who dropped her off and the medics who picked her up stated that this facility receives constant complaints and they hate leaving people's family members there. Even the nursing manager, who hid from us for over an hour (even physically running down the hallway to avoid my family) stated that we would be much better off requesting a transfer if we wanted adequate care. This place is a stark reflection of our current health care system and a potential graveyard for unsuspecting families. Especially if your loved one needs a decent to high level of care, do not allow them to be placed here.

I went yesterday 2/3/26 with my sister so she can visit with her boyfriend for the first time since he was moved there (she uses a walker) they have very very limited parking. I was told I had to park on the street. We were to meet with some people regarding some paperwork. They moved my sisters boyfriend into the room door. I asked if this was going to be his new room they said no they would be moving him back to his room once his bed is fixed. (I did not understand that because in his room was an empty bed which was not his and someone else was in his spot by the door). My sister kept asking about his cell phone when she would call and tell them to charge it etc., when we where there we questioned about the cell phone again. She knows he had it because he called her from it. They said they will check to see if he came in with it. I went to the front desk to question to she the list of items he came in with especially about the cell. One person was on her cell phone (would not get up or off her phone) she told another lady and she said he did come in with the cell phone she seen it on his bed but it must have gone down with the laundry. The supervisor is investigating this (to tell you I don't buy this at all). I never did get to see the list of items he came with. I would not recommend this place for your loved ones.
