I chose ARK Esthetics for my Invisalign treatment. What they do great: Customer service: This is their biggest strength. The entire team is friendly, responsive, organized, and great with follow-ups and reminders. Very easy to get in touch with, and appointment availability is usually quick. Special mention to Ivonne! Office: Clean, modern, and professional environment in a convenient location. Price: Competitive. Even though they didn’t accept my insurance, they offered discounts and ended up matching or beating other quotes (I visited 5–6 offices before choosing them). Areas for Improvement: Treatment duration: I was originally quoted around 6–8 months (same as to the other offices I consulted), but my treatment ended up taking close to 14 months. In my opinion, more frequent check-ins/testing could have helped catch alignment issues earlier, as there were times when certain trays were making things worse and required additional refinements. Final result (bite): Aesthetically (10/10), my teeth look great and I am happy with the look. However, my bite/contact is not as perfect as it was at certain points during the process. I felt it could have been perfect with 1 or 2 more weeks, but the doctor was hesitant to continue treatment due to concerns about other teeth moving. Overall: I had a positive experience with the team and would recommend ARK Esthetics for their professionalism and customer service. However, I strongly suggest staying proactive during treatment and requesting more frequent monitoring to ensure everything is progressing correctly. Thank you!
