This is one of the best eye exams I have ever received in my life. As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety in doctor offices, I really appreciated how gentle and calm Dr. Hoang was in conducting the exam. She never rushed me, she listened to all of my concerns, and she took her time explaining my diagnosis and treatment in a way that I could understand. I have many illnesses and have been to many doctor offices, and I truly think healthcare would be a much more pleasant experience if all doctors treated patients with the way Dr. Hoang treated me. I would recommend her and this office to absolutely anyone and everyone.

Easily set up an appointment as a first-time customer, all staff friendly and helpful, the appointment was prompt and went smoothly, and there was a sufficient range of frame options and styles to choose from which were covered by my insurance, and staff were patient while I looked through them. Staff also made clear that this is a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ / queer / trans patients, which is greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
