Glad to be the first to review because my experience has been terrible. The young girl behind the counter really doesn’t care, isn’t knowledge about her job, and doesn’t follow through with sending scripts. They closed their office downtown and moved to Grand Avenue without letting their clients know. The only good PA, Paul, left. I’ve been called in for blood work three times for a simple testosterone prescription. Now they won’t send it to my new pharmacy without William’s new physician seeing me for bloodwork AGAIN and ANOTHER follow up visit. They are bleeding insurance dry for as much profit as possible. DO NOT GO TO WILLIAM’S.
