My experience with this doctor was horrible especially when I need the help the most. It all started when I get sick, wet to the ER and got up to Wednesday that week off work, I wanted the other two days to rest went to him and as to request the two days. He said no. I went to work and ended up going back to the ER that weekend and found i had blood clots. Spent 3days in ER. And as I try to get time from work I had to fight with this doctor. He made me feel like I was a criminal, despite me letting him know that this was my first time request medical leave period. He reluctantly did it, and through out he never once asked how I was doing or did I need more time. As a matter of fact, after 2 months my job said I have to come back, but was willing to extend another month base on my doctor request, since i had 6 months short term leave insurance. I went to him and let him know I was not ready to return and my job and insurance was allowing me to take another month out providing he met with me and made the assessment. This doctor tells me No:He "doesn't have to do anything" and refuse. Stay away from this "doctor", you will not get the help when you actually needs it. He is Horrible.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this doctor's office, and I feel compelled to share it. When I called to request simple information, specifically the doctor's NPI (National Provider Identifier) number, it was shockingly difficult to get a straight answer. This is basic information that should be easily accessible, especially considering it's public information once you log into your medical portal. The person handling calls was unhelpful and seemed completely unprepared for such a simple request. When I asked for the NPI number, she stated that she "may not be educated on this information" and did not make any effort to check with a colleague or the doctor to see if it could be provided. Her response was unprofessional, and frankly, it made me feel like I was bothering her for asking a routine question. This information is crucial for insurance purposes, it’s needed to ensure the doctor gets properly added to the insurance network so that payments can be processed. Instead of assisting, the call representative essentially brushed me off, without offering any real solution or willingness to help. It’s disappointing because the office's inefficiency in handling such simple matters reflects poorly on the entire practice. If you're looking for professionalism and timely assistance, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The lack of customer service and basic knowledge about the role they play in helping patients navigate insurance is a major red flag.
