I always have a great experience at this office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide excellent care. I truly appreciate the compassionate and attentive service!

Editing my review because I wasn’t clear. My main issue with Garden OBGYN is that there is no way to contact the providers without having to “leave notes,” which most of the time do not get passed down. I’ve had multiple instances where something at the pharmacy is not available to me, or I cannot access anything myself because the online system doesn’t work - and the “solution” is always to send me the same sign up link that tells me my email, that I use every single day, is invalid or not unique. It doesn’t make sense. The service from the online system is terrible. Texts are left unread with no response, even though the line is supposed to be open to patients during operating hours. I sent several messages within the last 24 hours and nothing was replied to yet. I also called the care center six times, and left three messages for my provider from yesterday and nothing was relayed to her or the provider that was available after she had left for the day. It’s inexcusable to leave patients hanging, especially when I have explained my situation to multiple people and how I would like to, and need to, get things done within a certain timeframe to save myself grievance at a further time. I have little trust with the company as a whole, but have had no issues with the people who work there because they are always nice. It’s the phone system, the online system, the texting, not receiving calls back because messages are not relayed, and how patients go ignored for days or weeks. I had to physically show up to the clinic today to get a different provider, because who I saw yesterday was not available, to resolve my issues because there’s no way to contact anyone directly after you leave the space. I asked the receptionist for the direct line because they will not transfer your phone call or give you a reachable phone number through the care center. That’s no issue with the people operating the system, but the system itself. Bu if you want to contact a specific location, you need to ask them during your visit because you won’t get a chance anywhere else. Garden OBGYN needs to do better as a company because the people are great, but the service they’re working for isn’t obtainable for people like me who have reoccurring issues and need the help.
