DONT COME HERE. 1. No front desk, so no staff to ask questions or speak with. You have to rush them when they come out the door to call the next person to get any sort of answers. 2. They do not honor appointment time. 3. The monitor/TV is not working so I have no clue if I'm checked in and where I am on the list. I definitely feel like other people got called ahead of me. 4. Staff looks like they hate their jobs. Maybe don't work customer service? None of them are friendly. 5. This site is overall poorly ran. Unfortunately the LabCorp on Austin Street closed down so I picked this location but ultimately regretted it. I've been waiting for an hour to do a simple urine test. I'd rather travel much farther to another LabCorp.

Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE FOR EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING. My appointment was at 12pm and it is now 1pm and I still have not given my sample. They are so incredibly disorganized and behind with their appointments, when I came in at 11:50 there were people with 11:20 appointments still waiting to be seen, which is never a good sign. Room is packed with people and there is no front desk staff, just 2 touch screen kiosks to check in for your appointment. They purposefully keep the doors locked so you can't talk to anyone, forcing you to rush up to one of the techs that happen to come out so you can ask when you're going to be called. They also do not accept the drug screen form in PDF format, only paper copies or you have to email the form to them. I have been to other Quest locations where they accepted the PDF from my phone with no issues so not sure what the problem is with this location. I emailed the form at 12:40pm (when they first called me back) and so far nobody has called me back since.
