I was referred to this office from my primary care Dr. to meet and be cared by Dr. Gonzalez. My first appointment was in May of this year. My experience with the doctor herself was GREAT, I can feel the care she has for her practice. Her staff on the other hand was a different story, not all but 1 particular person. On my first appointment at the office, I got checked in by a sweet young lady who also was the same person to checked my vitals. I was then placed in a room to have an EKG performed. A man then came in, who was very polite, then asked me if I would like him or a female to perform the EKG on me. I chose a female. I really liked that the option was given, because it made me comfortable. The same young lady was the one who came back in to do so. Right after I met with Dr.Gonzalez! My experience then, was good. DR. Gonzalez made another appointment for me to return back for another date for a check up. I made the appointment on a Saturday 6/6, first thing in the morning at 8:30am. As soon as I got there, in no less than 3 minutes they got me ready to checked my vitals and place me in a room. Same standard as last time! Well it seems that this time around I was not given an option as into wether a male or female would perform my EKG. A man just walks right in, getting right to the point asking questions he was filling out on the computer with the EKG machine. I then asked, may I have a female please? He said ok and walked out to get someone. Minutes after, here comes this African American woman with a bad attitude, asking me what can she do for me as if she does not already know what was said (not even a GOOD MORNING). This woman presence and aura was negative even from my first experience at that office. Everyone else’s spirit was tolerable but her’s was just disgusting to be working in health CARE! So I played “let me explain again” game with her as into what I wanted, only for her to think she was inconveniencing me with telling me because I wanted a “woman” I have to go to a hospital for that on another day. Mind you, the same young woman from last time was there! You’re not inconveniencing me dear, you’re killing the experience and positive vibe of the Doctor’s practice, I’m sure she worked very hard to have. Because of you, I have to give this rating ⭐️ ⭐️ ! Seek PEACE and LOVE when handling the lives of others.
