I wouldn't work with this office if you want a team who will be there for you when things go wrong. I worked with a doctor who was great for 5 years, but she went on leave and I was assigned a doctor who only worked 2 times a week. There was a medication shortage, and I contacted the office with all the info I could provide immediately. I followed up every other day. The 5th day I asked if there was any other doctor who could help because a 4 day delay on an issue that will require back and forth is "a bit much." The office ghosted me. I still followed up every other day for a week before giving up. Radio silence from the office. A whole month went by, and they expected me to just meet at my next scheduled appointment. I cancelled and found a new doctor/office that actually seems to care. The issue was resolved in a couple days after my first appointment. This happened months ago, and I waited to post after having time to reflect. Re-reading our message history, my messages and tone were measured and professional. Their unprofessional "response" delayed treatment by over a month. I would steer clear of this place.
