The office was incredibly clean, and the staff were both efficient and friendly. The cleaning was very thorough and honestly the best dental visit I've had in the NY. I felt like Dr.Jo truly cared for each patient individually. There was no sense of being rushed at all. Highly recommend Dr. Jo!

I’ve had really positive experiences here. One thing that stood out is that the dentists themselves perform the cleanings, rather than handing it off entirely to a hygienist. It made the visit feel much more thorough and personalized. I also really appreciated their honesty and conservative approach. They advised against getting a bridge that had been recommended to me by another provider. That gave me a lot more confidence that they’re focused on what’s best for the patient rather than pushing extra procedures. Overall, they feel knowledgeable, trustworthy, and patient-focused, highly recommend!
