Astor Home For Children

I’m mad I had to give any stars test to write a review. My daughter was transferred here from another therapist office telling me that this was the best place they got more services. My daughter has been with this agency since December 2, 2024 and have put I have put in for several case managers to talk with us to help us with different services and let me know what they offer and haven’t received anything as of today and we in March 2026. But she has had Some great therapist and psychiatrist, but all these wonderful services that they were supposed to be offering I have not heard about him

If I could I'd give negative stars. This has to be the WORST place ever. The people here are rude and take to long to address you. The front desk people barely so their jobs. All they do is sit around and talk to each other in Spanish. They don't help your kid they just want to dope them up and take money from your insurance. One time I was waiting over 20 minutes to see my therapist even though I got there fairly early. The therapists here are incompetent,rude and lack substance. Some of the people here are liars who need to be fired. Also the place is extremely dusty and dirty. If you have any common decency don't take your child here. If you do happen to take your kid here make sure you don't let them see a therapist named Stephanie Santoro. An absolute wretch of a woman.
