Asya Fedosova
I had been a patient at this office for several years, but my recent visit with Dr. Anna Asloyan was shocking and deeply disturbing. I came in to request a simple lab referral after being bitten by ticks, something I clearly communicated ahead of time. Dr. Asloyan entered the room visibly irritated. When I handed her a paper with suggested tests, she raised her voice, grabbed it from me, and said she “won’t take responsibility if something comes back positive” — and therefore refused to order any tests or give referrals. When I told her I was starting to have a panic attack, she ignored me completely and mockingly said “Are you kidding me?” while I was visibly shaking and couldn’t breathe. I tried to leave the room, but she forcefully grabbed my arm and forearm, refusing to let me go, and continued yelling at me. I had to call my husband to come get me. I left the office in tears, frightened and humiliated. No patient should ever be treated with physical aggression, emotional cruelty, or denial of care. I no longer feel safe at this practice.
