I had such a great experience at Pearlman Aesthetics with Lisa and Gaetana! I did a few treatments leading up to my wedding, including PRF gel, BBL laser, and CO2 CoolPeel laser, and felt completely comfortable throughout the process. Lisa and G are both incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and honest, which made me feel like I was in the best hands. I especially loved the PRF gel and how natural the results felt. I had my breast lift and implants done on August 20th with Dr Basiri-Tehrani at Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery and the entire experience was genuinely phenomenal. At first I was convinced I wanted a fat transfer, but he took the time to break everything down and explain why the look and projection I wanted would only be achieved with implants. He went through every implant option, answered every single question I had, and even set up an additional consultation just so I felt completely confident. The morning of surgery he went over my surgical plan again and took his time marking everything with so much precision. I barely had any pain and didn’t need narcotics at all. I followed all his post op instructions, including the tape routine, and my incisions healed beautifully. I just passed my 4 month post op and I am beyond happy!! For years I struggled with how my breasts looked and it affected me more than I ever admitted. I avoided certain clothes and honestly cried over it more times than I can count. Now I finally feel confident, comfortable, and like myself again.
