This had to be one of the worst hospitals in the Bronx. The entire building reeks of mold and urine. Everything appears old and unsanitary. The doctors, nurses and other staff are non existent! The communication between the morning staff and evening staff is terrible, how is it that no one checks records, checks required medications of patients etc? This place is a joke and all the nurses and staff lack professionalism! This was initially Bronx Lebanon and I see why the name changed because the place needs to be shut down period. Feels like a free clinic not a hospital and I’ve been to better clinics. Most nasty and rude staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. The nurse said my grandmother doesn’t cooperate because she said the nurse was being rough with her. Then the nurse said my Grandmother was annoying. NURSE DARCY!

🚩My experience with this facility was disappointing due to both customer service and scheduling issues. I contacted the department for assistance with a specific task and, after providing my information, was transferred multiple times without receiving a clear answer or resolution. Unfortunately, no one seemed willing or able to take ownership of the issue, which made an already stressful situation much more frustrating. I also experienced problems during my physical therapy visits. Communication from the front desk was poor, and patients were not informed about scheduling delays or staffing shortages. I only learned about some of the issues through a staff member rather than from the front desk. During my visits, there appeared to be limited staffing available for evaluations and treatment. Patients in the waiting area were openly expressing frustration about extremely long wait times, some reporting waits of several hours. My own experience reflected a lack of communication and organization. Professionalism and basic courtesy can make a significant difference for patients who are already dealing with medical concerns, pain, stress, or uncertainty. Something as simple as acknowledging patients, communicating delays, and providing updates would greatly improve the overall experience. I understand that healthcare facilities can face staffing challenges, but patients deserve clear communication, respect, and timely service. I hope management reviews these concerns and works toward improving both patient communication and operational efficiency.
