Greetings - I am in the pre-stages of having a medical procedure done and needed to be in contact with Aristotle Psychological to set everything up following an evaluation but - there was a very unusual discrepancy with my insurance company and this put me in touch with a really nice person named Ethan. I always felt this "don't worry, we're on your side" feeling with a hopefulness that everything would somehow work out. I was clear this was a process and might take a few days but - this morning, Ethan called me with the wonderful news that my procedure has been approved. I have complete respect for the methods he went about through all of this and for me, offers an incredibly positive impression of Aristotle Psychological. Thank you very much, Ethan.
