Beyond disappointed. Sadly Dr. Pavelsky has dropped the ball big time. He’s become focused more on being a Social Media, Podcast and Convention Doctor rather than staying true to and primarily focused on treating actual patients. Before thinking about becoming his patient & having him as your precious child’s pediatrician, despite his wisdom..Just know that in a serious emergency situation or if your child needs surgery or procedure ..your emails won’t get responses until 2-3 months later, calls will not be promptly returned and answered even while hospitalized or in the emergency room. It’s a constant ongoing issue. Barely any messages get passed along properly especially when Palvesky is traveling regularly for social media events now. Then if they do answer months later it’s oh we have no clue what you’re referring too even though they previously responded they’d reach out immediately or oh we didn’t know he didn’t answer you. Some front desk staff are very rude. They only quick to call if you have a unpaid balance and then once you pay you never hear from them again. Or it’s the excuses oh Dr. P apologized for not answering he’s been busy. Imagine that when you’re dealing with your sick child being dismissed and ignored. Not even a follow up or check in. Same thing when they say take all these herbs and supplements then you get ghosted. No follow through mind you they charge a lot of money and for what? By the way there’s a few other parents leaving this practice and pediatrician for the same reasons or worse. Praying to find someone new that genuinely cares for our children without being focused on money and profit instead would rather care for all children’s wellbeing. It’s too ridiculous here.

I brought my daughter to see Dr. Sherr for the first time in May 2024. After trying so many different chiropractors, functional medicine doctors, diets, and therapies, I was exhausted and losing hope. My daughter had been diagnosed with ASD, and despite spending thousands of dollars searching for answers, nothing felt truly effective. This visit felt like our last stop. A year and a half later, my daughter has made tremendous gains all through Dr. Sherr’s “less is more” approach and his incredible guidance. The little girl who was once considered in need of ABA, with no eye contact is now thriving in a classroom setting, making friends, communicating, potty trained, and growing in ways I once feared we would never see. What makes Dr. Sherr unlike any other doctor is not just his expertise, but his genuine love for his patients and his commitment to educating families about how healing is possible. He gave us hope again and more importantly, he helped give my daughter the chance to truly flourish. I am forever grateful.
