I met two representatives from Argus Community Inc. at the LaGuardia career fair on May 20th, and both (a woman and a man) were quite rude toward some people who approached their table. If you don’t enjoy talking to people, you shouldn’t have represented your organization at the career fair.

I was transferred to this community service a little over a2 years now . During the intake I was asked to make goals for my son who has Autism. I specifically told them my biggest issue is the education and lack of services he needs . I have had multiple changes of workers and none have been a least helpful. Last week I ask worker to schedule appointment to meet with the social worker from the school to discuss my concerns. The appointment was scheduled for today but yesterday when I called her she said she couldn’t make it . I asked her to close my case and received a called from her supervisor stating they only work with medical issues and not education. I found that hard to believe because education was the issue I enrolled in their program to begin with . They are unreliable and very unprofessional. I give it one star because there’s no 👎 other .
