⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing. I became a patient after being referred by Dr. Parkash, whom my family greatly respected, but the quality of care I have received has steadily declined. Over the years, I have experienced repeated appointment cancellations, scheduling issues, delays in care, and barriers to obtaining medically necessary treatment. On more than one occasion, I have been provided referrals to doctors or offices that were no longer practicing or no longer accepting patients, forcing me to start the process over and causing unnecessary delays in receiving care. What is most concerning is that these issues were not isolated incidents but part of a recurring pattern. In my opinion, the repeated delays, inaccurate referrals, appointment disruptions, and obstacles to treatment have created unnecessary risks for both myself and my children and have, at times, resulted in delayed access to appropriate medical care. Most recently, after being told my daughter would need an in-person appointment to obtain necessary allergy medication, we were ultimately unable to be seen. I am now sitting in an emergency room while my daughter is being treated for an asthma exacerbation that, in my view, may have been preventable had timely and appropriate care been provided. The emotional distress, fear, and disruption this has caused our family cannot be overstated. As a mother, I should not have to repeatedly fight for appointments, referrals, medication management, and continuity of care. Patients place their trust in their healthcare providers, and that trust requires timely communication, accurate referrals, and reasonable access to treatment. I sincerely hope this practice reviews its policies regarding patient access, medication management, referral accuracy, and continuity of care before another family experiences similar consequences.
