I hesitate to leave a review because while the PT and PT assistants were very nice, warm people, the quality of PT was sub par. I had acl surgery and post surgery, while the PT was hands on for the first few visits, he came to check on me only for a moment for subsequent visits, and the assistants left me to do my exercises alone with no supervision. I chose this PT because it was close to my home and accepted my insurance, and despite its frumpy appearance, at first I felt the caregivers were good. I since have switched my PT who spends a good deal of time massaging and manipulating my knee, while the assistants watch and correct my exercises after the PT has moved to another client. This may be no fault of the PT at Aqua as he is overburdened by clients and the only PT at the office. The owner, who is not present at the office, seems more at fault for accepting insurance money and not staffing or monitoring the practice.

I went there one time in summer 2018 and a Therapist rubbed my back way too hard and rough that I screamed. I believe he fractured it. The next day I called and told them I was in extreme pain. They told me that Therapist was a fill-in and he was no longer there. I think he was not properly trained and they should never have hired him. It is July 2019 and I am still dealing with pain in my back from that incident. I am 66 and they should be more careful with senior citizens. I would never go back there or recommend them. BEWARE.
