I had a very disappointing experience at this facility. After going through the effort of getting a referral, taking time off work, and preparing for an aquatic therapy session, I was told upon arrival that pool therapy wasn’t an option due to outdated broken equipment that cannot support more than 160 lbs. This was especially frustrating because I had answered detailed questions over the phone beforehand about weight and specific needs, and none of this was mentioned. We spent 45 minutes completing paperwork and waiting for the physical therapist, only to be turned away. The facility itself is cramped. It is packed with old, poorly maintained equipment that looks unsafe, making it difficult to navigate—especially for someone elderly, disabled, or with mobility issues. This place was a complete waste of time and a big disappointment.

Would highly recommend coming here to anyone considering it. Very nice office with a variety of equipment to help with any physical therapy needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The therapist is very knowledgeable and has helped me immensely with my foot injury recovery. I'm so happy that I found this place. I have tried many other offices and none compare to this one. The office is gorgeous and there is always pleasant music playing. It's also a bonus that everything works by appointment, so I never have to sit around for hours waiting to be seen.
