I wish I could give a zero star! This is the worst place ever!!!! The wait time is horrible!!! Be prepared to wait for at least 3 hours before you can be seen!!! If you come here, be prepared for your mood to be changed drastically for the worst!!! The office manager is unprofessional!! I would recommend this place to absolutely NO ONE!!! The office manager, Annette Carrion would even tell patients they have options and don’t have to come there. Annette and Nicole speak in Spanish to talk about the patients. Annette argues with frustrated patients and makes matters worst! She should not be in that position with that disposition!!!

Been coming since a baby with Rakesh Menon, and let me be clear specifically him and his sister are 5+ stars, but his staff ? Young unprofessional hood bops with attitude out the gate for no reason that purposely silence the office phones so you’ll have to go in person to make an appointment on top of wait times getting worse. I once walked into a empty waiting room and was told they have no availability yet everyone is sitting down chilling, I simply wanted a follow up about something I had going on. They still have some OG’s from back in the day but she doesnt really deal with you as a patient until youre in the back, I miss the old crew that actually cared about you, remembered you and most of all treat you with respect. Dr.Menon if you’re seeing this im sorry but your team let you down and will continue to do so, but im going to have to find another primary care I cannot do the back and forth and let downs any more.
