I went to Apex Acupuncture and Chiropractic for about five months to help with back issues, and I had a great experience. Dr. Sarah was excellent. She's very knowledgeable, attentive, and helped improve my alignment through her chiropractic adjustments. In between visits, Jerry provided massages that really helped relieve muscle tension and supported the progress I was making with the treatments. The staff was always friendly and professional, and the office had a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. I’m no longer going regularly, but I continue to do the recommended at-home exercises, and I’ve been seeing steady improvements in my forward neck posture and inward shoulders. Overall, I highly recommend Apex for anyone looking for supportive, effective care. Thank you Apex!
