I'm new to this insurance starting 2026. Initially I was getting frustrated with the app because it kept booting me out as soon as I finished all the questions (like 50) just to schedule an appt. I called CS wait time 45 min , she was very helpful and friendly. Set me up an video appt in about 10 min. Today was my first visit and I can honestly say that this Insurance is perfect for me! I have a ZERO visit copay and ZERO cost for RX. I don't need to leave my house to get the care I need. I don't have to deal with long wait times, everything is handled through the app (which is now better).

I have the Bronze plan . The virtual visits are easy enough to arrange. Fortunately, I don’t need allot of in person doctor visits. The price isn’t out of reach. The medical professionals have been very supportive and knowledgeable. The app is the primary beginning point for care. I would prefer it to have more features- but if that’s my biggest problem, I’m in good shape.
