My experience with Dr. Santostefano was satisfactory. I had no complaints with his work, and he made me feel very comfortable and sociable during our sessions. As I became his client, I continued to have positive experiences with his care. Recently, I completed my six-to-seven-month cleaning schedule. When I called to make an appointment, I remembered speaking to a gentleman who would always provide friendly reminders. However, when the woman answered the phone, she was unprofessional and made excessive noise in the background. She informed me that she could not provide me with information about my insurance change, as I had decided to review my insurance coverage in the catalog. Upon calling back, I discovered that Dr. Santostefano does accept my insurance. However, the woman on the phone insisted on looking up information in her catalog, claiming that there might have been changes to there books. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing, I don’t know what happened.
