Very thorough practice and I have never met any doctor (Dr. Hattori) who spends so much time explaining with your condition. He wanted to know from my family history to my lifestyle in detail, so he can assess my situation better. You can sense that he really cares about each patient. Highly recommended.

Dr Hattori was nice. I didn't like the experience talking with a receptionist over the phone. (I believe their receptionists are their nurses, btw) I once called them last year and there was a very nice compassionate person, which was great. On 3/6/2022, there was a person who seemed to be confident about herself talking with the tone of "wow, you don't know it? Lol" Of course she didn't say that, but it's totally the opposite from the other person and disappointing. I hope she learns one day that if people know things, they don't have to call for a question... Unless you only speak Japanese or you don't have a question, I wouldn't recommend.
