Recently had a root canal retreatment done on tooth #19, and I can honestly say it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. It was completed over two sessions, and throughout both visits, the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was truly exceptional. From the moment I sat in the chair, the Dr. Inagaki took the time to vividly explain everything he was about to do. He broke down the procedure step by step in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. There was never a moment of uncertainty because he made sure I felt informed and comfortable before moving forward. What stood out most was the immense attention to detail and genuine care he showed. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and truly prioritizes his patients’ comfort and outcomes. Even though root canals have a reputation for being intimidating, this experience completely changed that perception for me. Both sessions were handled with precision, patience, and compassion. I’m incredibly grateful for the quality of care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone needing endodontic treatment. Truly outstanding work.
