8 years ago, after much research, I traveled from CA to HSS and Dr Pearle for my first partial knee replacement. Why settle for less than the very best? Definitely the right decision. Fast forward to today. 5 days ago I had my left knee partial… even easier than 8 yrs ago. Really - no pain, minimal swelling and stiffness fixed by occasional Tylenol. I LOVE DR. PEARLE. He listens and he hears. Treats the patient not the X-rays. I have never felt rushed. He’s kind, and surprisingly humble for such a brilliant surgeon. His staff is responsive and efficient. My extensive research 8 years ago to find the very best certainly paid off. Dr. Andrew Pearle - you are a Rock Star!

Dr. Pearle has great skill, a friendly, service oriented staff, and is an excellent communicator. I came from Dallas TX to have him do both my knees, in 2014 and 2016. I have zero pain. My knees are perfect in every respect. Highly recommended. He also uses Makoplasty, a type of computer assisted surgery, which enables him to fine-tune where the prosthesis will work best. It's worth the extra effort if you're from out of state. If not, he is still "The Man."
