Horrible, irresponsible and unprofessional office. I scheduled an appointment months ago, took the afternoon off from work today for my 2:45 PM appointment, and when I showed up at the office they told me they don’t take my insurance. Keep in mind that since I made my appointment months ago, they’ve called me to confirm my insurance and made me fill out pages of pages of forms listing my insurance along with a credit card authorization form to hold my appointment. What a waste of my time and afternoon along with $50 worth of Ubers to get to their office. I am extremely disappointed. FYI, their office is extremely dark and dingy and basically falling apart…don’t let the Park Ave address fool you.
