Dr. Stein and his team were wonderful! I’m usually very nervous about dental visits, but Dr. Stein did an incredible job and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly along the way, and he and his team were so kind, patient, and attentive--They really helped make the whole experience much easier. I’m very happy with my visit and highly recommend them!

Be careful of the ancillary staff. I am a physician myself. And this is the kind of office back end workflow that is frustrating. The doctor was good. But communication from the office is extremely lacking. I had a procedure done more than a year back, gave them my insurance information, phone number, email address. Told them about plans to change my primary residence at the front desk and asked them to contact me directly on my phone if there is any outstanding balance after insurance coverage. They kept sending bills to my old address and did not care to confirm despite me mentioning it to them that I had a plan to move. No phone calls, no emails. I clear the balance as soon as I get the phone call then I call the office back. The front desk lady at the end of the conversation slams the phone [audibly] and prior to that when I ask her to confirm my address, she gives my old address. I ask her for my email address, she says she doesn't have it [so why collect it if you don't plan to enter it in the computer?]. All they needed to do was make a phone call / leave a voicemail / send an email. Thats the least that is expected from the front desk/billing department. Never going back, never referring anyone [friends/patients] in my circle. People need to be aware about this kind of office workflow. The worst part of it is: none of this is because of the doctor, and all of it is because of the office staff.
