I can honestly say, I was hesitant, I saw the reviews and I was reluctant to go there for my son's care. But I have been taking my son here for 2 years now. He is now 4. I have nothing but good things to say about the ladies at the reception. In person and on the phone, they have always been pleasant. The staff past the door, always pleasant as well. Until today, I encountered Paula Povzlov FNP Worst "provider" I have EVER encountered. Really. I'm a MoM of 6. My oldest being 30. So needless to say I have encountered A LOT of "providers" in my 30 years of motherhood. And she is the worst! This "woman" proceeded to tell me she's a DR, but she's really not, ok Then tells me she can't fill out a form for my son because "she's NOT the provider" When I asked for her name and proper spelling and pronunciation she then left the room. Came back and gave me referrals and scripts for Meds under the main Dr's Name. What's that about? Doesn't tell me what my son is diagnosed with until I ask. Before writing referrals she turns to the medical assistant and asks for my son's name. That's because she never knew it. Walked in the room checked his ears n throat and listened to his lungs but never greeted us. Not even a hello. Definitely had no idea what my son's name is because she truly didn't care. Smh After her "evaluation". Tells me, she's sending my son's meds to the pharmacy, after asking me which pharmacy i use. Sent it to the wrong one anyways, after I told her specifically by name, and told her, the one down the block. And when I ask her ok, so what meds are you sending and how do I use em. She points to the medical assistant and says, oh, she will tell you. Smh This lady, and I use the term loosely, I really wanna say B. But ok, this "lady" has no idea what she's doing. But still getting paid the big bucks. Smh If you choose to come here. Just make sure you come when "SHE" isn't there and you will thank me later.
