Doctor Tavdy is knowledgeable doctor and has good bed manners, but his receptionists are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They either do not pick up the phone, or, with luck, they might take your call, but they are extremely rude and hang up without giving you the chance to finish your question. Definitely, the doctor who is caring about his patients should teach his staff how to handle phone calls.

Dr Stella is the most unprofessional doctor I ever came across in my entire life time when you go in to see her she is more concerned about your personal business then your medical needs she hands out prescriptions like Halloween candy you give her documents that you need it takes a week to fill out then when you get angry and upset because she didn't do her job she would hang up the phone on you I came into her office July 11th 2025 on a Friday I gave Stella a form to fill out she asked me could I come back to pick Monday July 14th to pick up the letter the letter wasn't filled out so i called the office and spoke to a reception she told me Stella will be in Friday so I get on the phone this morning which is now July 25th 2025 Friday and my letter is still not filled out by Dr Stella which I have to now mail that letter in before the 30th of July 2025 or I will no longer be able to receive home health Care services when I called the office to explain this to Stella she refused to fill out my form and give it to me today to mail in myself even when I told her that it's important that I received this letter today I have a deadline she did not care she proceeded to debate with me and tell me she cannot do it today I will have to come in Monday even though it was her fault that the letter should have been filled out a long time ago I would like to see if she would have took accountability for her unprofessionalism by not standing by her word and filling out my form and when I wouldn't accept her unprofessionalism she hung up the phone on me I have never in my entire life felt like a doctor didn't care about me on my medical needs and concerns I will not be changing my clinic but I will be asking for a new doctor I need a doctor that is going to care about me and my medical needs not my personal lifestyle or my personal business
