Love Dr. Mercedes, I found her because my kids former pediatrician was rude and dismissive. She has been such a pleasure, I always know that she’s going to hear what I have to say and take great care of my kids.

Doctor is great but front desk messes up the entire vibe. Horrible attitude not very welcoming and super rude. She’s not helpful at all and she’s the only person that could help in order to check in unfortunately. Never have had a good experience with the customer service with front desk here.
