I must say i have been truly blessed with the health care service i have received in my lifetime. Hauppauge Wound Care is a shining example of stellar consumer service and professionalism they bestow on their patients. From check in staff to Nurse Miriam who did my intake and treated me with kindness and assuring me. Nurse Maria who helped me relax, prepared me for treatment, spoke to my wife and I and explained how everything occured as far as cause and effect. Nurse Maria showed my wife how to clean and treat my wound area and answered any and all questions we had. Dr. Lieffrig then came in and reviewed my wounds, measured them and proceeded to treat them. Doc also was concerned with an area not related to what i thought was bad and promptly treated that area as well. Dr. Lieffrig and his staff have a calming influence on the entire procedure and are hands down some of the top health care professionals I have needed.
