I received a voicemail saying, “Call us when you have a chance,” but when I did, they kept saying the doctor wasn’t available. One assistant eventually told me my results were fine, but later, another called with a rude and aggressive attitude, speaking so quickly I couldn’t respond. The unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the staff made this process unnecessarily stressful, despite the doctor’s expertise.

Compared to other practices you do not get inundated with a flood of bills after a visit.
