I’m truly disgusted. My sister took my nephew to the one in Brownsville. My nephew is 4 years old and autistic. He has a slight pink eye and needed to be check by the doctor. He was already taken care by the triage and was waited for the ONE DOCTOR that the only had available. He was behind two patients who were also waited to be seen by the doctor. My nephew cried because not only he was unable to use my sister phone due to leaving the charger at my mother house but also he was hot. Kids in general can’t stay in one spot. The doctor yelled and said “somebody please get this patient” as if his cried irritated her. My sister respectfully left without saying nothing. Its bad enough there’s only ONE doctor with multiple patients waiting. Future reference, please hired more doctors to be available to advance service. Also have compassion and empathy for patients who are unable to express themselves verbally. People with nonverbal relatives are doing there best to get the help and care for their love ones.
