I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. My mom has been experiencing extreme dizziness and imbalance, and the care and support we received truly meant so much to us. Cathy at the front desk went above and beyond to help my mom get additional testing taken care of right away, which made the whole process so much easier. Tina, who we spoke with over the phone, was incredibly sweet, patient, and a great listener. She was able to schedule my mom for the quickest earliest available appointment, and she also always returns our calls right away and is a great worker. Cathy then went above and beyond again by securing the follow up appointment as quickly and as early as possible which was especially appreciated since we will be going away and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of beforehand. Both were warm, welcoming and very professional. I will say the office can be difficult to get in touch with by phone but dealing with that initial stress was truly worth it. In person the staff is very on top of everything, makes the whole process smooth, and turned what could have been a stressful visit into a very positive experience. Highly recommend this office.
