The experience was very interesting and I was super comfortable. The staff very nice. Its clean and airy like a hotel room. But you are hooked up to the equipment which isn't bad either. I did the consultation with the dr a few days later and after getting the result I called them to inform that I would be interested in the machine bc I def need it. And according to the dr. I spoke with a rep after calling the clinic to order it I was told I would get a call back to have 1 more consultation. Its been weeks and noone has ever called me back to follow up so I can get the machine. Im wondering what's next🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ will they contact me back.. who knows.

This was the worst service ever as I arrived to this place you had a room that was a 2 x 4 no air conditioning only fans. The remote control for the volume button didn’t work the room was hot as hell very uncomfortable to sleep in a hot room not only that you had to cancel 24 hours in advance or you’ll be charged $150 so one thing they don’t tell you is that that is not a air conditioning facility services in the Bronx sucks I’ll never go to this place again not only that in the morning I got him to go to the bathroom around five. The lady told me that she was coming in to sit on the edge of the bed and she will be in so I asked her can I leave at that time and she said yes so at that point I started taking off all of the apparatus that I had attached to me. In the meantime, she came into the room And told me that she had to put the light on and she had to clear anything so I had to stop her and ask her. Could you please give me some privacy to get dressed and I turned the light off the light as a very bright light so I would not recommend anybody unless you wanna be miserable to go to this place there’s other places that’s in the upper Bronx Westchester County that you can go to that air-conditioning and I should’ve gone to a place that I went too many years ago, this is why I don’t service doctors in the Bronx. I do nothing in the Bronx when it comes to anything medical because the service is very poor.
