The doctor is very good, the blond hair nurse is good but the receptionist is a disaster. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not helpful, did not try or intend helping people, she has very unpleasant behavior. I had to argue about bloodwork - i know it’s ready for the next day - she says no, it’s not true, but i know it’s true. I also worked in the medical office and i know when labs are ready. She transferred me to the nurse and “magic happened” - labs were ready accept one result. I had to ask because i have limited time, if my husband needed shots, I wanted to do it asap. Then, when i came to pick up my paperwork, the receptionist refused to give me copies, she called the nurse because and didn’t want to deal with me and ignored me. The nurse did all what i asked for, because she has a good work ethics and she is doing her job. To me, the receptionist has to be replaced with a good helping mind set person. This lady is unhappy and to be honest, if not the receptionist, I would stay at their office as a patient.
