I fear the other reviewers leaving bad reviews here don’t understand that the front desk people are Russian lol. That’s just how it is. They seem mean but they’re nice on the inside. Me and my family have been coming here for years and years. The doctors are great and really careful.

This is the MOST unprofessionally run doctor's office I have ever been to. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful, and kind of just give you blank stares. I used to see one of the doctors there that recently moved and the only reason I kept going back was being she was a saint. I had been seeing this doctor for 3 YEARS and I called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone goes "Oh, she moved to Texas"…I'm sorry, but that is completely unprofessional. If your GP is moving, you call the patients and let them know in advance. I said this to her and she goes "Well, we have too many patients to call" - absolutely appalling and disgusting. The office is also dirty and super cramped. Chairs are falling apart in the waiting room and the bathroom always smells of urine. I HIGHLY urge you to go elsewhere. These women need to learn how to care about their patients.
