We have had a 3-year-old experience with this office and finally conclude our communication with them with this current review and filing complaint to NYS Department of Health. It is the worst office possible in NY and probably in the entire USA! They are infamously known for the notoriously rudest frontdesk Lyuba and absolutely clear extortion style of business requiring making appointments for answering any question for the doctor. Due to the obvious and understandable underutilization of the office, they hate infrequent patients and demonstrate it every moment without any shame or hesitation. They do not have an electronic Rx system and provide patients with obsolete paper prescriptions. Dr cannot apply adequate professional codes for lab specimens causing annoying long-standing problems with lab bills and hours of unneeded talks with lab billing departments. Also the Dr did not provide a urine specimen of 03/08/2025 with a test requested and, while not admitting her fault, she offered to the patient to repeat the whole procedure again....Our advice is to avoid a use of this particular office ever! Any other one will be definitely better. Such an office should not exist on the map!
