The staff are nice but the quality of care is really bad if you're a young adult. I feel not listened to. I have two conditions but instead of testing deeper, I was just prescribed medication and sent off. I feel lost. I told a PA I might have an illness, and he googled symptoms, asked me questions from a google images chart, and gave me a referral. When I told Dr. Loveena I had the same condition, she kind of just laughed/dismissed me and prescribed me a pill, and told me to come back in a month. I had a flare up of pain, and instead of an ultrasound/MRI referral, another pill. Random allergic reaction, another pill that conflicts with the first pill. I don't want pills. I want to be treated and listened to.

What kind of doctor’s office doesn’t answer their phone? I’ve been calling all afternoon and no one picks up the phone and it’s a Wednesday.
